Step 1 — Contact Information

Step 2 — Collection Details

Tell us what you plan to consign. Estimates are acceptable at this stage. Kobra Comics will create the controlling itemized Batch record after the shipment or drop-off has been received and inspected.
Include major titles, key issues, grades, publishers, approximate years, and anything else we should know.
Disclose any known restoration, trimming, missing pages, detached covers, writing, water damage, incomplete items, replicas, or other material issues.

Upload a CSV, spreadsheet, PDF, or document containing your item list, if available.
Up to 10 files, 8 MB each.
Upload clear photos of the collection, boxes, key items, and any graded books. Allow multiple files if supported.

Step 3 — Delivery and Shipping

Tell us how you plan to get your items to Kobra Comics and how we should handle shipping and insurance.
Prepaid inbound shipping costs provided by Kobra Comics are not collected upfront. They will be deducted from your consignment proceeds or must be paid before unsold items are returned. Items remain at the consignor’s risk until received by Kobra Comics.
Complete this only if the shipping address differs from the address entered above.
If requesting a prepaid label, list the weight and outside dimensions of each sealed box. Example: Box 1 — 18 × 12 × 10 inches, 32 pounds.
Services

Step 4 — Service and Account Preferences

Choose how quickly you would like Kobra Comics to begin processing your items after intake. Processing fees are not collected upfront. They are deducted from sale proceeds or become payable before returned items are released.
Do not provide bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials on this form. Kobra Comics will securely confirm payout instructions later.
Requests are not binding unless Kobra Comics approves them in writing as alternate Batch terms.

Important Consignment Terms

Before signing, please review the complete Kobra Comics Consignment Agreement.

Key terms include:

  • Kobra Comics determines pricing and may market items through its store, website, eBay, eBay Live, Whatnot, Instagram, Facebook, live sales, and other approved channels unless different Batch terms are accepted in writing.
  • Kobra Comics earns a commission of 10%–25% of the Final Sale Price, depending on the selling price of each individual item, plus the selected processing fee.
  • The initial consignment period is six months from the date each item becomes actively listed for sale.
  • Prepaid inbound shipping, return shipping, applicable processing fees, and other authorized costs may be deducted from proceeds or become payable before items are released.
  • The consignor represents that all submitted items are authentic, lawfully owned, free of liens or third-party claims, and accurately described.
  • Items remain at the consignor’s risk until received. Kobra Comics will exercise reasonable care but is not an insurer of consigned property.
  • Payout eligibility is subject to marketplace payment clearance, delivery confirmation, applicable waiting periods, and resolution of returns, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
